Auto Hosting is the server automation tool associated with the autoweb Google OAuth application. It is operated by Codergy for personal use. This website explains its purpose and data practices; it is not a public automation dashboard.
What the tool does
- Prepares website content and coordinates publishing to the owner's hosting accounts.
- Creates and configures Google Analytics properties and web data streams for the owner's websites.
- Verifies ownership of the owner's domains and submits their sitemaps to Google Search Console.
Why Google access is requested
The owner authorizes the tool to manage Analytics settings, verify site ownership and manage Search Console sites and sitemaps. Access is used only for these website-management tasks. This tool does not request Gmail messages, Google Drive files or access to other people's accounts.
Authorization happens on Google's own consent screen. This information site does not collect Google passwords or accept credentials. The automation runs on the owner's server.
